At Hilliard & Harris we are interested primarily in works of fiction with an emphasis on mysteries, particularly mysteries developed with interesting characters that appear in a series of books. We are also interested in thrillers, science fiction, horror, and historical fiction. We will accept submissions of children's fiction for ages 8 through young adult that have story lines involving mystery, fantasy, science fiction, or historical backgrounds.

Hilliard & Harris publishes jacketed hard cover and trade paperback books for distribution through major and independent booksellers as well as online booksellers such as Amazon.com Borders.com and Barnes&Noble.com in the United States and the United Kingdom.
